The Hiker Yearbook Is Now Operated By The A.T. Museum
In 2013, Matthew "Odie" Norman thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. After his adventure, he began a tradition of producing an annual book of A.T. hiker photos, stories and information called The Hiker Yearbook. Learn more about Odie by following THIS LINK for a story on him by our friends at The Trek.
In 2023, Odie sought a home for The Hiker Yearbook as he moved on to other adventures. The A.T. Museum has taken over the project and will strive to keep it going.
The submission period for the 2025 Hiker Yearbook is now open and will remain open through December 31, 2025! Please CLICK HERE to submit your information for inclusion. Here are a few things to note before completing your submission:

- Please submit an email address that you actually use and check frequently. This is how we will contact you regarding group/tramily photo submissions and how we'll contact you when the yearbooks go on sale.
- Profile/close-up photos can be submitted by anyone who considers themself a long distance hiker of the AT.
- Summit/finish photos are not required. This section is for those who completed thru or section hikes of the AT in 2025.
- Below are examples of ideal profile/close-up photos and summit/finish photos.
